Best care - 1 acre fenced yard
I am a true animal lover, I have had dogs, cats and horses my whole life from puppy to elderly. I am a horse/ dog person and a semi retired Artist/Painter who works from home. I have a beautiful old farmhouse that is completely dog friendly. I created my back yard for my dogs, its one acre fenced and would rival any dog park. Off the kitchen I have a screen porch with fans that is adjacent to an outdoor umbrella covered stone patio with a stone ramp rather than stairs that leads to the back yard. In the summer there is a pool I fill on warm days for the pups to play in. The yard has shade areas, sun areas and woodland areas as well as outdoor hot and cold running water. I have dozens of dogs that come to stay with me several times a year for the past several years, each pull on their lead to get in and owners/parents are so thrilled that their dog is so happy to be here. I send image updates while you are away to show you what fun your dog is having. my house is dog heaven!!!

Jennifer is just incredible! My dog loves her so much. She has a history animal care and it shows in how much she cares and makes sure they are happy. She has taken him overnight a few times and once for over a week. I never need to worry and she keeps us updated with photos while we are gone. She has a huge fenced in yard with plenty of shade and access for them to get back inside when they want to. I can’t recommend her highly enough. She has so much love for each and every animal! You can’t go wrong!!!
If you want your dog to have as good a time as you do while you‘re away, Jennifer is the dog sitter for you. Dogs make new friends, get lots of pats, and have the privilege of sniffing to their hearts content in her chemical free backyard. If your dog isn’t feeling well, Jennifer knows all the right things to do to help them feel better - from tummy aches to anxiety. Your dog will leave Jennifer feeling like you sent them on a vacation of their own.
I have known Jennifer for 10+ years, andtrust her to take utmost care of my 4 legged friends, dogs, cats, horses, sheep, goats, donkeys. She ALWAYS puts the needs of the animal before anything else. My large dog has been cared for by her numerous times. She has a huge beautiful, well groomed, safe, fenced in yard. The animals have a safe, comfortable, air conditioned house, to relax in, and sleep in her bed, or several other beds, whatever they prefer. She treats her boarded animals the same as her own, they get the best of care. My son uses Rover often, and I can highly recommend Jennifer would be an excellent addition to the Rover team.

Schedule
Dogs have always been part of my life, and will always be. I am a true animal person. I love them all and will take care of your fur baby as if he or she was my own.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced yard and one wonderful 45 lb female retriever rescue mix. I also have a cat, I have the ability to put the cat in the other part of the house if needed. Please advise me if your dog does not like cats when booking and again prior to your arriving. Your dog is welcome to sleep where he or she likes, if you have a special bed or crate you are welcome to bring it. Dogs are only allowed in the back yard and house I do not allow any dogs in the front yard and request when you bring them in they are on leash. My front yard is walled and gated leashing them is just a double precaution due to the road. I do not accept any dog that will try to escape, is not dog friendly, aggressive or is destructive. This is a fabulous environment, all the dogs get along and have fun. It’s a vacation or camp for your pup.
Pets
A typical day
As long as I am on the screen porch or deck (where I can see the yard) bigger dogs are free to come and go through the screens. The yard is comparable to a fenced one acre dog park, there are woods to investigate and large areas to run and play. We play ball, stick, walk in a pack and the kiddie pool is available to cool off on warm days. My house is dog heaven!
