Growing up I started pet sitting long and house sitting long before there were smartphones and apps for it! Once I was old enough, I became a vet tech, then switched careers to dog handler doing training and working with dogs at a daycare as a floor manager. In addition to being a mom, I am now a caregiver to my father. He is a 77 year old disabled Air Force veteran. I am blessed to have the opportunity! However, it also prevents me from adopting a dog of my own since my guy Benj passed away in 2023 at nearly 18 years old. My loss is your gain though, because all that love and experience is looking for another outlet!
