Hello! I am in Apple Creek. I provide full-time services for you and your dogs. Boarding in my home, daycare, dog walking/hikes. I have had 7 jack russells over my lifetime, rescues and hospice care. We have a Chihuahua Jack Russell mix who is 1 year old and gets along with everyone. I hike a lot and would love to walk your dog. I can accommodate special needs, meds and special diets. I will always respect your feeding preferences. I have completed all training classes from puppy to obedience and certified therapy dog. I am a bit of a dog whisperer and can probably help you train yours if you have any unwanted behaviors. I am flexible so let me know how I can help you.

I’m not very good at writing reviews but I had to compliment Jennifer for her loving care of my dog Topper. She was a perfect dog sitter. She played with Topper and let him run in her fenced back yard, which he loved. She also sent lots of pictures that show him having fun so I knew he was being taken care of. I highly recommend her.

I couldn’t have found a more loving, caring couple to take care of my Buddy for 10 days. I agree with the one reviewer who wanted to give them more than 5 stars. I would give them a 10! I knew the minute we went for our last minute meet and greet that they loved dogs. (Our Rover sitter canceled 3 days before our trip and I was panicked until I found Jennifer and read her profile). Buddy felt at home right away and I was so relieved. And, when I went to pick him up after being away 10 days, I knew that he loved his time with them. While he was excited to see me, he went right back and jumped on their laps which told me that he wasn’t ready to leave. Buddy was very pampered with Jennifer and Scott as he had several walks a day, lots of hugs and snuggles and they even spoon fed him his food when he didn’t eat much for a few days. They sent me 2-3 pictures a day with updates. They even cleaned his ears daily as he had an ear infection prior to our leaving. Quite honestly, I think his vacation was probably better than ours as it rained 9 out of the 10 days that we were away ? in sunny Mexico! I can’t thank them enough for taking such good care of him.

Schedule
My goal is to make this my full-time gig. Book away! I love to do boarding if you need to go out of town. We will take your dog on walks and give lots of snuggles. I prefer smaller dogs and the older the better. Senior dogs are my favorite . I will spoil them and send them home.

I have a fenced in yard. I do have two crates and can crate if needed but this is not a training method I have ever used myself. Dogs are allowed on the furniture and can sleep in bed with us if they want. I will only feed what you bring and respect all of your feeding preferences. Special diets are welcomed.
Pets
A typical day
We like to put animal shows on the TV for them. We will go for two to three walks a day as far as the dog would like. Whatever types of toys or games the owner brings we will play with them. Dogs fit right into our lifestyle.
