I'm currently working full-time outside of Rover. I'm generally available from 4pm on Mondays and Fridays, and from 5pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays. My availability is open all day Saturday and Sunday. **Just a note about overnight stays - I'm happy to do them, but due to the fact that I have pets of my own and a full-time job, I'm not the ideal candidate for multiple nights overnight or if you need extended care without the sitter leaving. If you need someone for a longer weekend, or someone that can leave for a few hours during the day, we can work that out depending on your needs.

A typical day
I'll first make sure any potty needs are taken care of. We'll go for walks around the neighborhood or a nearby park, wherever they feel most comfortable. I will only take a dog to a dog park if they're a regular client and I know their temperament well. When walks/food/potty needs are done, I engage them in play with their own toys or the ones I bring.

Pet care experience
I grew up with 2 large dogs (80 lbs plus) and was responsible for walking them so I'm comfortable with any size dog. I've been a cat owner for 20 years, I have 3 of my own right now. I volunteered at a wonderful animal shelter every week for 3 years. I'm comfortable handling high-energy dogs, and fearful dogs. I was a reliable volunteer often called upon to handle the dogs that others were apprehensive about. I'll be happy to feed and walk or play with your pet while you're on vacation. I don't have kids of my own so I my after work schedule can be more flexible with little worry about having to cancel for a family situation. I'm also comfortable giving your pet medication if they let me handle them.
