Money seems to have had a great time while I was away.Jennifer did an amazing job watching my dog, Money, while I was out on vacation. She kept in contact with me the entire time and sent pictures and updates regularly, which really helped me feel comfortable knowing he was doing well and having a good time. She was also very accommodating and understanding with my late-night pickup after I got back into town, which I really appreciated. When I picked him up, he seemed happy, relaxed, and very well cared for. You can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs she watches and takes the time to make sure they’re comfortable and treated well. I really appreciated the communication, professionalism, flexibility, and peace of mind while I was away. I would definitely recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter, and I’ll absolutely book with her again in the future! Jennifer was wonderful with our peekapoo puppies, Augie and Teddy! As new puppy parents, this was our first time leaving the boys with anyone (we had only had them a little over a month), and we were going to have limited internet and phone access while away for a week. We were a little nervous about where the boys could stay while we were away and how they would do. Trying to find someone safe to board them was proving to be difficult, especially since they were not fully potty trained and hadn't been able to have their rabies vaccination yet. As we got closer to our trip, less than a week away, we found Jennifer on Rover and decided it was worth a try to reach out. Jennifer was quick to respond and said she'd even had a peekapoo growing up, so that helped me feel much more comfortable! We set up a meet and greet at her home to introduce our boys to her and her dog, Pablo, and see how everyone did. Our puppies can be high energy, but Jennifer and her husband handled them well, and the boys seemed to like them, so we confirmed the booking. Jennifer took great care of the boys, ensuring she asked questions about their routines, preferences, feeding, and personalities. She kept us posted with pictures and videos throughout the week, and we could see that the boys were having a good time and were well cared for. Since she was working remotely from home, Jennifer was even able to keep the boys on a puppy potty schedule of every few hours, with a large back yard that is secure for small dogs (this was a bonus since Teddy tries to squeeze through any openings he can find). The boys loved that they could run around and play outside with their new friend, Pablo, and get some of those puppy wiggles out! Hopefully they weren't too much excitement for Pablo. :) The day we returned, I texted Jennifer that I might be a few minutes late, as my friend had been sick on our trip and I was trying to get her cared for before coming to pick up the puppies. Jennifer offered to bring the boys over my place if needed and when I made it to her place to pick up the boys, she and her husband helped me carry out the boys crates and belongings to load in the car. That was a huge help after a stressful day of travel! I would absolutely recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for dog boarding or daycare, as our boys came back well-fed, clean, and happy from their week of play! She sent us home with a sweet picture of each of them, gave us daily notes that included their schedule (basic feeding, potty, and nap times) with little updates while they were there, and washed their crate bedding! She had even given them a bath for us because they'd played hard outside all week and she didn't want them to go home dirty! Thank you, Jennifer for taking such great care of our boys!
