Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I plan my schedule around the pets I’m responsible for. I make sure I have dedicated time for feeding, walks, playtime, and check-ins, and I’m consistent with timing so pets stay on their normal routine. On a weekly basis, I keep my schedule organized so I don’t overbook and can give each pet proper attention. I’m also flexible, so I can adjust for things like longer visits, overnight stays, or last-minute needs when possible.

Safety, trust & environment
I tailor my care based on each pet’s routine and the service being provided. In a client’s home, I try to keep everything as consistent as possible like, feeding on their normal schedule, regular walks, playtime, and any medications if needed. I also make sure pets get plenty of attention and companionship so they feel comfortable while their owner is away. If I’m caring for pets in my own home, I create a safe, clean, and calm environment. I introduce pets gradually if there are others around, monitor their behavior closely, and stick to their usual feeding and exercise routines. I also keep owners updated with messages and photos so they know their pet is doing well.
Information Jennifer B. would like to know about your pet
I like to know their daily routine, including feeding schedule, walk times, and sleep habits. It’s also important to understand their temperament like, how they interact with people, other animals, and any triggers or fears they might have. I always ask about medical needs, such as medications, allergies, or past health issues, as well as emergency contacts and their preferred vet. I also like to know about any specific behaviors, like if they tend to chew, escape, or have anxiety when left alone. Additionally, I ask about house rules, favorite toys or activities, and anything that helps keep the pet comfortable. The more I know ahead of time, the better I can provide safe, consistent, and personalized care.
A typical day
Mornings are very peaceful. I give my big boy a few minutes of gentle pets and mobility stretches to loosen her joints. After breakfast with her joint supplements, we take a short, leisurely walk around the block — slow enough for her to sniff the grass and greet neighbors, but not too long to tire her out. My cat usually watches us leave from his favorite spot behind my laptop facing the window blinking lazily as if to say, “Have fun out there.” throughout the afternoon, my dog enjoy his naps under the tree outside or in his favorite blanket. I might play soft music or offer them enrichment toys: a snuffle mat for my dog and a puzzle feeder or crinkly toy for my cat. My cat sometimes joins in, pawing at dangling ribbons or chasing a slow‑moving laser dot, enough activity before she retreats to her favorite blanket pile for another nap. In the evenings me and my daughter relax after dinner sharing our space with both firulais and pollo.

Jennifer was great with Fendi! Was flexible with my schedule and I will definitely be using her again.
Jennifer took excellent care of Peanut while we took our kiddos to the zoo.

Fantastic as per usual!!
Our cat is generally very shy around strangers, Jennifer was great and able to get her to come out and say hi! Would definitely recommend Jennifer!
