My name is Jenna. I'm an early childhood educator born and raised in Greenpoint Brooklyn. I'm very patient, caring, and affectionate and absolutely love dogs and cats. I've been surrounded by dogs and cats since I was 10 and have learned about their care ever since. I am ready to shower your little one with LOVE while you are away! I love being outdoors and being active so if your pet needs additional exercise or walks I am up for it completely. I've run the NYC marathon twice if that's helpful for how much I love to walk/run. :) I am also be a homebody and love cuddling with my pets on my couch and giving them lots of love while we both relax! I have experience cat-sitting for relatives and am confident that shy or timid cats will be chill with me by the end. I'm patient and respect their boundaries and read their body language. ** I do have 2 young cats in my home and currently am only accepting crate trained dogs that are friendly with energetic cats! ** For overnight stays exceeding 2 nights a trial night at a discounted rate of 50% will be highly recommended for new clients. ** I also own and have experience in caring for Eastern Painted turtles (and similar red eared sliders) and happy to provide drop-in care. Jennifer and Austin did an absolutely amazing job caring for our dog, Henry. Schedule
I'm a teacher and typically work from 8-3 (outside of school holidays). My husband works from home Mondays and Fridays. So currently we are able to accomodate pets that can be left alone for a typical work day with the exception of a few WFH days. For cat drop in care I can only provide 1 visit on weeknights and 2 visits on the weekend outside of school holidays. During public school holidays I can offer 2 visits a day.

Safety, trust & environment
Incredibly responsible and well-organized. Only hosting 1 pet at a time to guarantee your pet receives the care it needs. No visits to dog parks for safety. When providing drop in care I am happy to pick up any mail or water plants I can provide that free of charge.

I love being outdoors and playing with pets! I am down for cuddling, longer walks, lots of playing and if needed -- taking a nap together!
