I have a flexible work schedule so can work any care schedule your dog needs. We typically go on a morning and afternoon walk with Pepper, depending on her energy level this could be a short walk in the neighborhood or a walk about the nature preserve.

I prefer to have information about the behaviors, preferences, and habits of each dog! What do they love, what makes them nervous, what is their favorite treat etc?
A typical day
During the summer we love to walk down to the water near our house. It's a great place for dogs to go swimming and play in the intertidal zone. During the winter we'll take dogs who are up for it XC skiing or out for a snowy romp!

Pet care experience
I have been a pet owner my entire life and the primary caregiver for all of my animals since childhood. We currently have one dog and one cat. Pepper is a 4 year old a lab/terrier mix who is very goofy and gets along well with other dogs and Georgie, a young cat who is great at tolerating curious dogs. We live on Westport Island on a large rural property. There's a gated front porch and a fenced-in back yard to play and have naps in the sun. In addition to caring for my own animals over the years, I have also been a trusted dog sitter for many friends.

Jennifer was fantastic!!! She took on our 8 mo Great Dane puppy who was very nervous and by the end of the time there, he was settled in like family. She was amazingly patient with him while he got to know her and I had a no worry vacation!!! We will definitely call again on our next vacation!!!
Jennifer was great with Ashford providing regular updates. He was well exercised playing with her pup during his stay. Jennifer kindly accommodated our flight delay. Thank you Jennifer for the excellent care you gave our boy!
Jennifer is more than capable and is enthusiastic and responsible. I felt very comfortable leaving both dogs with her while wwe were far away. The updates were apreciated, and it was great to know that her dog Pepper was playing with ours draining that excess energy..
Jennifer took great care of my dog for the 7 days she was boarded with her. I received several check-in photos and messages throughout my dog's stay. Upon pick up, I could tell that my pup had really bonded and trusted Jennifer and her partner. I really appreciated knowing that she was safe and outside time while I was away. I would definitely book with Jennifer again!
