Took my pup to the dog park, kept me updated with pics and reports, would have my dog stay with her again!

My girlfriend and I planned a weekend getaway last minute and were tired of asking our families to watch our 2 dogs. We used rover for the first time and Jennie was AMAZING and completely exceeded our expectations of this service. At first we were a little nervous having a stranger in our home with our 2 pups but Jennie was highly rated and we now understand why. She was friendly and extremely professional. She communicated with us the entire weekend from the time she arrived at our home until the time she left. She even sent us pictures of our doggos having a great time with her in the yard and on walks. They loved her! Including our one pup who isn’t the biggest fan of new people! She walked our dogs which definitely wasn’t expected but greatly appreciated! For the price we paid and the top notch professional and friendly sitter we got, it was unbeatable and super convienient! I highly recommend Jennie and will be booking her again in the future!

Jennie was honestly the best sitter I’ve had. She took such good care of my dog and even took him to the beach. I loved the videos and pics she sent. I 10/10 recommend and could not have asked for more!

This was my first time using rover. I have a 3 motn old puppy and a 9 month old kitten. I iinitially planned to have my puppy stay with Jennie. I did not want someone I didn't know staying at my house. Jennie got back to me immediately. Her text was professional yet friendly. Her sentences were grammatically correct. There were no misspelled words. I think of those characteristics for this generation as my generation was a Mr. or a Mrs. This might be old fashion but it gives you an idea of what type of a reviewer I am. We immediately set up a time to meet. I liked that she also selected a place that was safe for her, but comfortable for a puppy. She was on time and informed me when she arrived. I had also brought my older along as a second evaluator. After talking with Jenni, I felt at ease with her and asked if she would be available to house sit. She can do either. She was available and open to that suggestion. What a relief!!! She was WONDERFUL!!! Fantabulous!!! My kitten liked her immediately. The puppy I had no doubts. If you are a cat person, you know what I mean. Jennii related to them immediately. talked to the kitten and patted the puppy. She came over , once again on time. She notified me when she was leaving and when she was parking. I work night shift. She sent me pictures of the 2 of my babies. In the morning, she let me know when my puppy woke up. I really don't know how to relay how stressed I was looking for someone to watch truly both of my fur babies. Yet more importantly, how to truly get across how absolutely relieved and greatful I was and honored to have Jenni care for my pets. She was wonderful. I immediately booked her for the next shift I had to work. There is always someone home at my house to care for our pets. This situation was unplanned. Jenni was warm, polite, kind and thoughtful. 5 stars is truly not enough.

Jennie is a super sweet person and is really good with dogs. My dog Tate had a great time hanging out with Jennie. She shared pictures of Tate with me throughout the day which was very thoughtful. I will definitely book Jennie again for my dog walking/dog sitting needs in the future! Very happy with my experience.
