We are so grateful to Jenni for looking after Mochi while we were away on our cruise. She sent us photos and videos to keep us updated on how Mochi was doing; thanks to her, we were able to enjoy our vacation with peace of mind!
Jenni is super nice, accommodating, and communicative. I liked that she was flexible with my schedule in terms of having to drop off either later or earlier within the same day and goes for pick up time too. She sends a few photos every other day, which is great. The only reason for the 4 star is because of the super strong smell inside of the house, which also lingers after I picked up Pup. I would highly recommend removing the scented candles or fragrance you are currently using as it is highly toxic to not only the dogs but also yourself. Investing in an air filter instead would be the best way to go. Ohter than this, I know that I can trust Jenni again with any dog! She also walked my dog and let him play outside. I also wished Rover fixed their video format because I wasn't able to see any videos she sent, only pics.
Very convenient location. A very lovely young woman! Always friendly and kind.
