I care for each pet as if they were my own, and respect their boundaries if they need time to get to know me first. For transporting dogs to the dog park or on scenic walks, I have seatbelt leashes that clip onto their harness to keep them secure in the car. I try to keep pets close to their usual routine with amount/length of walks, outdoor time, and feeding schedule.

I'd love to know your animal's temperament (friendly, has leash aggression, territorial etc,) their preferences, their schedule (how many walks, are they free fed or on a schedule, medication) and any special requests.
A typical day
A typical day could include feeding, letting them into their back yard, playing with their toys, a walk or dog park visit, and treats in their puzzle or snuffle mat. I'll send a minimum of 1 photo per day, but can send more if requested. I was taught to leave a space better than you found it, so I always clean and tidy before leaving. For house sits, my preference is to bring my small dog Buddy to stay as well but other arrangements can be made if necessary, for stays under 7 days. Preference is given to sits that Buddy is welcome to join.

Pet care experience
Pet sitting professionally since early 2022 on Rover and for a local pet sitting company. I understand that while you're away you don't just want your fur babies safe and fed, you want them truly cared for! I have experience in drop-in visits, as well as overnight pet sitting and daycare. I grew up with many animals; cats 🐈⬛, chickens🐥, rabbits🐇, goats🐐, fish🐠. I have a 12lb dog Buddy, a 9 year old Dachshund Pomeranian mix who is loyal, smart, and full of personality.

Jenne was an awesome housesitter and dogsitter for a week. Her pup Buddy was a great companion for my dog. Jenne followed all our instructions and communicated wonderfully. She went above and beyond in caring for our home as well. We're super happy with her care!
