I booked Jenna to stay at my place with my cat while I was out of the country. On the first day of her booking, I hadn’t received any doorbell notifications and it was nearly past the window of our agreement, so I reached out to see if there was an issue. Only after I reached out did she informed me that she had slept in and was already at work and wouldn’t be able to go feed him breakfast. She assured me this wouldn’t happen again, and to my knowledge it didn’t. I received no updates during her stay unless I specifically reached out and asked if everything was ok. I left my place clean and tidy, but came home to globs of toothpaste in the bathroom sink and a cat that’s absolutely starved for attention. I do appreciate that she switched my sheets as requested, as my flight in was in the middle of the night, and she appears to have taken out the trash. Overall, I would not rebook with Jenna and I would not recommend her for pet/house sitting.

Jenna was great with our dogs! I especially loved that she works at the vet we take our dogs to, it gave me peace of mind incase anything were to happen.

Jenna is wonderful with my 2 dogs! She was also very patient with me when I forgot to set the door code for her to get in.

Was available on short notice to stop in and care for my three pets! Great communicator! My pets love her.

Jenna and her family were lovely and a very welcoming home for our big black lab mix, Lily! Will definitely rebook in the future

Jenna is a very responsible young adult. We have always had pets and she is the one who has always made sure they are taken care of and loved. She loves all animals and enjoys being with them. She treats them as a family member by spending time with them playing and caring for them. She wants her career to be dealing with and helping animals. She is a great choice to foster a pet.
