Safety, trust & environment
I understand how much we value the ones we love. That is why I practice the same safety protocols I would for my own pets. Anything that they could get into and could harm them is kept well out of reach, I do not do off-leash outdoor time unless I am in a completely fenced yard and I verify any gates are latched. If we are on a walk, I ensure other animals do not approach yours, because I don't want to put your furry friend or theirs in a situation that spark aggression. Safety is my number one priority!

Please let me know if your animals have any special needs. I am happy to discuss whatever accommodations might be necessary. Animals are like people - everyone needs something special!
A typical day
I love to take walks and Hike, so I love walking through the neighborhood or short hikes after work. On the weekends, I like to take at least one half-day hike, often two. I'd love to have your four legged friend join me! When I'm not outside, I will serenade your pal with my banjo, curl up and read a book together, play together, or even learn a new command. I tend to keep my activities flexible, so what is exactly in store for our day is going to be dependent on how we feel when we wake up.

Pet care experience
I absolutely love having animals around, however for now it's just me and my two guinea pigs, Leonard and Oliver. I'd love to have a larger family of furry, feathery, or scaly friends, but that's not in the cards for me yet. What better solution than to borrow yours? I have a lifetime of experience with cats and dogs, and have pet sit for, or owned, various animals (cats, dogs, chickens, horses, snakes, hamsters, lizards.... the list goes on) in the past. I love getting to know each animal, because like people, each animal is different and should be treated differently. I can't wait to take the time to get to know your cat or dog, and let them get to know me. I am currently studying mental health counseling, and love every minute of it. I have a background in healthcare, which is easy to apply to animals. I enjoy being outside as much as I possibly can, and am a weekend adventurer; but staying home curled up with a cute ball of fluff is delightful too. Let me make your family a part of mine while you're busy, and I promise they will be in safe, adventure-loving hands.
Reviews

Jenna did a wonderful job watching our 2 pups for our wedding day. It put our minds at ease knowing they were in good hands! They were happily pampered with pets & play!

We booked Jenna to do a house sitting for our pets and I couldn't be happier with the care Jenna provided for all my pets- and for us. Jenna was professional, reliable, and clearly comfortable with animals. She kept me updated with daily messages and photos, which gave me peace of mind I needed while I was away. My pets were happy, fed, and received plenty of potty breaks and attention. I highly recommend Jenna to anyone looking for trustworthy pet care. I will definitely book with Jenna again when I am in need!

Jenna was a wonderful companion to our 2 dogs during our time out of town. She was very good about keeping us informed about the pups complete with pictures
Jenna took good care of our Wellington and kept us updated with daily pictures. Our house was well maintained and looked like nobody had been here. We look forward to working with Jenna again.
