Growing up there were always dogs and cats in the house and I often went to dog training sessions with my mom. I grew up as an equestrian so I am very comfortable around large animals! In adolescence I dog walked and house sat for both cats and dogs and often helped farm sit as well. As an adult I have worked as a veterinary assistant which got me accustomed to handling a variety of personalities and breeds of dogs, all at varying states of stress. (cats too!) I was often responsible for monitoring behavior and health signs, in addition to direct handling and providing medical care or assistance. That being said, I am comfortable with providing medical care if needed! I have recently house sat and cared for both dogs and cats. I really do love all critters!

I am comfortable following the rules and routines pet owners follow in their home to ensure all animals are their most comfortable selves, I believe in leaving a space better than it is found and minimizing stress for animals.

Jenna is amazing! She took such great care of our 3 dogs and even taught them new tricks! She is extremely communicative and sent us photos and videos often. She left our house spotless and even watered my plants for me. She is now our go to person!
Was again very helpful on a short notice "babysit" of our cat. Thank you, Jennaaaa!!
Jenna was able to help us out in a quick bind and hang out with our kitty. BIG time thankful. She was super responsive, totally happy to have her help whenever she's available in the future!

Schedule
I work a full-time in person job, so I am unavailable ~7:30AM-4:00PM M-F, but otherwise can easily incorporate boarding and pet care into my routine. I am open to weekend only care, or weekday care if the situation aligns with my working hours (At time when I have house sit there has been a separate midday walker!)

- I do not have any breed preferences, and understand different breeds may come with different considerations. I would like to always know in advance the baseline personality of an animal, if they are reactive towards anything, and if there are any special considerations in regards to type of play, feeding, medication, socialization, etc.
