I will ask to set up a meet and greet before booking so that I can meet you and your pet to make sure that we are a good fit for each other. I do have a dog I would prefer to bring with me on extended house sits so will also bring him along if applicable, he gets along with dogs and cats. Here are some things I will ask you about them. *Feeding schedule *Walking route for dogs *How they interact with other dogs/cats *Are they potty trained and how often to bring them out/cleaning the litter box *Favorite toys and activities *What kind of treats they like and what behaviors you would like me to reward *Any behavior quirks and how you would like me to correct unwanted behavior *Any medications they may have, I have experience giving oral and injected medication *Primary veterinarian and an emergency contact *What you expect out of the stay so that I can provide the best care possible!
A typical day
I would love to walk your dog around your neighborhood or any nearby parks. I am very active and love spending time outdoors. Some fun activities your dog could enjoy with me are long walks or runs, playing fetch and with any other toys they may enjoy, practicing commands with treats, and some nice rest and relaxation afterwards. With cats I will play with any toys they may have and give them lots of attention. I'll be sure you come home to a well loved pet!

Pet care experience
I am passionate about caring for animals. I have had a variety of different pets throughout my life, I currently have a 1.5 years old Corgi as well as a 10 years old cat. I have work experience at an animal shelter where I cared for the cats and dogs there, doing tasks such as cleaning out their kennels, feeding them, providing enrichment, and taking the dogs for walks. In this position I worked alongside the Veterinary staff to monitor the health of the animals as well as administering medication. I have done Rover over a few years, this has given me great pet sitting experience along with many years of watching the pets of friends and family. I have experience with reptiles, birds, fish, horses, farm animals, so am open to consider all requests! Caring for your animal and making sure they are well loved while you are away is my top priority and I will make sure to have your house better than you left it!
