I'm a furmom of 2. I have parented 3 dogs over the past 5 years. I have walked/dogsat breeds from Cockapoos,Pomsky, Rotty Shepard mixes. I like to believe my personality is straight up Dog Mom 😄. Our pets deserve the best, and I want to provide that in any way I can. By helping humans who need assistance some days when life gets a little crazy and our days go longer than expected. I take pride in my ability to be gentle & patient. I look forward to meeting you and your fur baby.

You had to see the pure joy come from my dog when she realized she was hanging with Jenna & Raquel. Running in circles and so happy. They've watched Mila a multiple times and they definitely are her favorite.
My dog was so excited to see Jenna and Raquel again! Communication was great and Mila loved playing with Gizmo!

Jenna was an incredible trainer and babysitter for the two weeks that I went to Dominican republic. She constantly sent me videos as well as constant live calls to show me my pops even after my trip back and reuniting with my pups. She has been constantly in contact with me and giving me tips and advice on my new addition to my family. Mind you I do not pay her for the devices she does it on her own accord because this is her passion and financially I was able to pay her for every time we speak I would and advice on my new addition to my family. Jenna Ortiz is a phenomenal pet caregiver. She pays extra attention to any special needs that your pet may need. Jenna understands that animals are not only pets but family members and they get treated with lots of love and care. You're animal will be in great hands with her.
She is very caring and passionate about what she does and will put her full effort when it comes to animals. She also has a very welcoming energy when she's around animals. I think she is very responsible and caregiving.

Schedule
I currently work in social media marketing and a doggy daycare, 15mins away from my home. Hybrid work schedule, so dogs are not left alone for more than 4hrs a day.

Safety, trust & environment
In my home, I am also assisted by my mother whom is home most evenings as of 4pm. She has also dog sat same breeds I have. We like to keep play session as consistent as possible. Making sure there is mental and physical work going on throughout the day. There is always one big play session at night before we wind down for bed.
Pets
A typical day
We have a ball pit, sniff mats, lick mats, and many many toys. Every dog gets new lick mats which I offer with my services and they can take back home with them. Along with the toy they were most engaged with. I am 5mins away from Astoria Park, where I take my dogs to play and get some exercise in. I do NOT take dogs to any dog parks due to the unpredictability. Safety always! I play with them in an area with no dogs by adding in training sessions for about 15mins. Basic obedient drills to get them mentally stimulated and keep active.

- Let me know if your dog gets reactive on walks. If they are leash trained. How is their recall. Will I need motivation on walks, like a treat pouch or a toy? I like to keep walks fun and the least amount of stress for them.
