I work from home, which gives me the flexibility to provide consistent attention, playtime, and potty breaks throughout the day. I enjoy starting mornings with walks, building in play sessions in the afternoon, and winding down with cuddle time in the evenings. Whether it is a quick walk, training time, or just hanging out together, I love making sure each dog feels included in the rhythm of my day.

When dogs stay with me for boarding or overnight care, they become part of my household. They get a comfortable place to rest, plenty of playtime, and regular walks built into the day. I make sure their routines are followed as closely as possible so they feel at home, whether that means a favorite toy at bedtime or a certain feeding schedule. For daily walks or playtime day dates, I focus on keeping them active, engaged, and safe. Walks include leash training reinforcement if needed, and playtime is all about burning off energy in a fun, positive way. I know how important this care is because I have been on the other end of the service myself. That experience drives me to give every pet loving attention, a safe environment, and peace of mind for their people while they are away.

Before caring for your pet, I like to know anything that will help me keep them safe, healthy, and comfortable. This includes details such as: Medications or special health needs (including seizures or allergies) Feeding schedule and dietary restrictions Allergies (food or environmental) Personality traits (shy, energetic, anxious, social, etc.) Training preferences or commands you use at home How they do with other dogs, kids, or new people Any routines, quirks, or comforts that help them feel secure The more I know about your pet ahead of time, the better I can make their stay feel like home.

I love making enrichment fun for the dogs I care for. Lick pads are one of my favorite ways to keep them calm and engaged, and fetch is always a go-to for burning off energy. Depending on the dog’s comfort level, we may go for swims, play tug-of-war, or do quick training games that keep their minds active. We also have a huge dog park less than a mile from my house, which is perfect for safe socialization and plenty of exercise. Every activity is tailored to your dog’s personality and energy level, whether that means high-energy play outdoors or cozy cuddle time indoors. My goal is always to send them home happy, tired, and wagging their tails.

I bring a lifetime of animal care experience to every pup I watch. From leading 4H swine projects to raising multiple dogs at a time, animals have always been part of my daily life. I have taken several animal care courses and have an EMT background, so I am confident handling everything from routine needs to unexpected situations. I also specialize in leash training and love working with both energetic puppies and gentle seniors. My friends laugh that I would make a great dog photographer because I cannot resist capturing their personalities and quirks. More than anything, I truly enjoy spending time with dogs and making sure they feel safe, loved, and at home while you are away.

Jenna did a fantastic job with our Corgi! She updated us frequently during the visit and our dog had a great time with her and with her daughters and friends. I feel totally comfortable recommending her for dog sitting - she was AWESOME!
I couldn’t have been more impressed and just overall comfortable knowing my pup was safe and sound. Very communicative, very positive, very attentive. She will definitely be my first choice in the future. Jenna and her family were incredible and my pup was actually sad to leave her house. lol couldn’t have asked for better honestly.

I couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! Jenna was incredibly communicative the entire time, sending me updates and photos so I knew my boy was happy and well cared for.
