I have been caring for the pets of my friends and family for over 5 years, and worked for a pet boarding facility for over a year. I’m a college student studying to be a veterinarian who wants to gain more experience working with pets. I have also completed the dog handler academy online training course for my last job!

As someone who has worked for a boarding facility, i’ve done all kinds of pet care for all kinds of pets. I am available and experienced in anything from feeding and walking to bathing and cleaning up pet messes!

Nice person, came over to meet the cats before 2 drop in visits. I let her know if there were any issues to call/txt. I didn’t hear any updates so I assumed all went fine. When I arrived home the following day, 2 of 4 water bowls were completely empty, and 1 of the cats food bowl completely empty. I looked back on doorbell footage and it appeared day 1 went fine but day 2 there was trouble getting in with the key. I messaged asking if everything went ok, if there were any issues. Didn’t hear back until I followed up later in the week where she confirmed she was unable to get into the house on day 2. Apparently there was an issue with her phone at the time, but I wish the situation was handled differently making more of an effort to contact the pet owner if there was an issue resulting in inability to perform the service. This could have led to safety issues for the pets if left unattended for longer than intended particularly without replenishing food/water. All was fine which I am grateful for but hopefully a learning experience moving forward.
Jenna was wonderful and our pup loved her! Would definitely use again!

Schedule
I am currently a college student who is able to take the time between and after my classes to care for pets. This also leaves my weekends completely open to focus on pet care!
