Jenna was flexible with my work changes and starting the sit a few days later. She was also very reasonably priced which is why I don’t expect a ton. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I’m shocked based on her other reviews. She did not communicate very well and I had to check our front door camera to know what was going on. I received one photo for the whole four day sit. I had to remind her to fill the waters because I could tell the dogs were drinking out of their back up one and she left the first day for 10+ hours. I’m not super worried about our dogs usually but had a rough trip because of thinking about all of this. I know there is still throw up in the three season room that wasn’t cleaned (our other camera) and I had to ask her to bring the dogs inside as they can’t just stay in that small room for the time she’s gone. I will say that my bf met with her so there could have been miscommunications in expectations with the dogs. She said the dogs ran out and down the street as she was leaving. They never do this with us but I also don’t leave the front door open and tell them to stay. They need their names and a command said to listen.

Jenna communicated clearly and promptly. She provided great care for our senior cat and XL dog as well as our house. I would be happy to have her help again.

Jenna was great! My Loki was very well cared for am she made sure to attend to all of his needs with care. She sent daily photos and left the house super clean and organized. She was thoughtful, communicative, clean, and left me with the leave of mind that Loki was in good hands!

Jenna came in clutch for our dog Nova with some last minute help!

Jenna was excellent! She did a great job taking care of my cat while I was away for a week. My cat got comfortable with her very fast and she even sent me pics of my sweet boy while I was gone. She left my home so clean and tidy which was the cherry on top! Would 100% hire her again!

Jenna took great care of our house and 5 year old Aussie for a few weeks. She is communicative, responsible, and easy to work with. We would definitely have Jenna watch our pup and our house again and highly recommend her!
