Jenna was amazing! We were away for a three-day trip, and she took such great care of our cats. They’re older and very set in their ways, so we really appreciated how attentive and patient she was with their routines. She handled their daily medications and probiotics perfectly, and it was clear they got plenty of love and attention because they were happy and relaxed when we came home. Jenna also left our house spotless, which was such a nice surprise to come back to. We would absolutely book with her again!

Jenna is extremely reliable and responsive. She took amazing care of my senior cat, Kobe, who has many special needs (including administering a kitty asthma inhaler) and is a semi-disabled kitty. When she visited, I could see how much she cared about ensuring Kobe would have the best support while I was out. She sent me daily detailed updates (with his cutest photos), and I was fully relaxed knowing he was in great hands. All photos I received showed Kobe looking comfortable and relaxed (even cuddling up on the couch). She's very organized and I even returned to a cleaner apartment than I had left. Thank you, Jenna!

We recently entrusted Jenna with our cat’s care for two weeks while we were abroad, and she was fantastic. We highly recommend Jenna for her professionalize and genuine affection for animals. We wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again.

So grateful that Jenna was available for the holidays - my cat has recently become destructive if left home alone too long, as she has become used to a WFH level of attention. Like a lot of cat parents' I indulge semi-ridiculous playtime whims, which when repeated become expected. Jenna came over for a meet & greet in advance so that I could explain everything and Meowy immediately asked for a pet. It's so helpful for my peace of mind and my cats' happiness to have a consistent sitter who was able to spend the time to keep playtime and treats consistent. I think most sitters think that food/litter is the most important part, but for friendly kitties, they need engagement and Jenna was great with that. I really enjoyed the photos of my cat going about her usual adventures while I was away. I came back to a home with no disasters and a happy cat. Thanks, Jenna!

I asked Jenna to watch my two cats for two weeks while I was away on a trip. One of them needed to take medication twice a day, but Jenna was right on top of it! She made sure he took all his meds at the right time and she'd cuddle them and send me pictures of them being cute while I was gone. They both got attached to her by the end of it, and both were happy and healthy when I got back. :3
