I provide all care in the client’s home to minimize stress and keep pets in the environment they know best. I maintain strict routines around feeding, medication, and exercise schedules, and I take time before each engagement to understand each pet’s individual behaviors and triggers. I conduct a brief walk-through of the home at the start of every stay to ensure the space is safe and secure. Throughout the booking, I send regular photo and text updates so owners always know their pet is in good hands. Any changes in appetite, behavior, or health are communicated promptly.

Jenna is absolutely amazing! She took wonderful care of my two kittens the first my partner and I left for a big trip. She was incredibly accommodating and even sent update photos so we wouldn’t worry about our fur babies. I would highly recommend her for any pet parent!
