I am very familiar with taking care of animals, especially dogs and cats. I’ve watched animals for friends, family, and neighbors from a young age and worked at an animal shelter for over 3.5 years on the medical team. I absolutely loved working there, but had to resign so I could focus on the ecology research I was working on in undergrad. I’m now graduated, working for NJ Fish & Wildlife, and preparing to start veterinary school in the fall!

Dog walking: I am happy to walk around your neighborhood where your dog may find most comfortable or I can bring them to nearby dog-friendly parks that I’m familiar with. We will communicate this beforehand and no decisions will be made without your approval. Cat sitting: I am happy to drop in, provide requested care for your cat, and depending on their comfort and energy level provide enrichment. I aim to spend at least 30 minutes with your pet unless instructed otherwise.

Schedule

I am consistently available Tuesday to Friday after 7pm and all day on Saturdays and Sundays. Depending on the service you request, I will drop in to your home to check on your cat or pick up your pup for a walk after I work during the week.

Let me know if your pet has any special needs, preferences, or behaviors that I can keep in mind. Be sure to let me know if they have a history of guarding behavior and if they’re friendly with other dogs and cats.
