Andrew & Jenna were great! Super communicative and sent updates with pictures. It sounds like our dogs were kept active and had lots of love and attention! Would highly recommend them as sitters

Jenna and Andrew looked after our dog Frankie for a week while we were out of town. They were super friendly and responsive, and Frankie seemed to love his time there and got along great with their other 2 dogs. Will definitely use them again!

My dog Kintla was lost for 15 days while in Jenna and Andrew's care. After two weeks of 12-hour search days, countless social media posts, and over 200 flyers posted, my partner and I received a tip and located her 1 mile from their home. She is now safely with us and being treated for extreme weight loss, paw pad injuries, and injuries incurred from being struck by a car. We understand that accidents happen, but we felt that communication and compassion on Jenna and Andrew's end were severely lacking throughout the search, which added to our already overwhelming grief and stress. Responses to simple requests (updates on specific areas searched and to keep her crate with familiar scents in their driveway, as we live 20 minutes away from where she went missing) were met with pushback. At one point I was told to stop asking about specific areas searched. After this, I didn't hear from Jenna for 4 days until I reached out again out of desperation to get my family member home. I was never asked about how we were doing, told "sorry that we're in this situation," nor have they asked how Kintla is since I notified them that she was found. We were made to feel like nuisances during this incredibly trying time, a stress that was compounded by Jenna asking me to remove my initial review from the platform. I cannot in good faith recommend their services, especially if you have an anxious dog (something established in Kintla's profile and during the meet and greet). Their yard is marked on Rover as fully fenced, and although Kintla has stayed at sitter's homes with even shorter fences and never once gotten out, please be cautious of the short height.

Jenna and Andrew did a fantastic job. Their dogs are incredibly sweet and got along great with mine. If and when I need boarding again I’ll definitely be reaching out!

Jenna and Andrew did a phenomenal job taking care of our fluffy buddy while we were away. Jenna was very communicative and kept me posted with how Blue was doing with pictures and videos. Blue came home exhausted and happy, so thank you both for taking such great care of him!

Jenna was amazing! She was attentive, kind, and kept me updated with photos and messages. My dog seemed really happy staying at her house. Highly recommend Jenna!
