Experienced and Responsible Sitter!
Hello there! I am a dedicated pet owner and experienced pet sitter. I started working on the Rover app February of 2021, I absolutely love it and am passionate about giving your babies the best experience! I have two wonderful pups, a 6 year old male Eskimo mix, named Lennox. He’s very easy going and loves to play. I also have an 80lb lab/pit/husky mix named Joaquin. He was raised doing Rover full time as a puppy so he is friendly around all types of dogs. He has a lot of energy but he can also just chill and relax as well. My 19 year old kitty passed during the end of last year and so I took a break from pet sitting to give her a peaceful last year which is why my activity on here ended in 2024. I was raised around animals my whole life and have a passion caring for them. I know what to expect, including having baby gates, plenty of toys, patience and I know to take the necessary precautions. I am also willing to acclimate them to my presence anyway I can before the accommodation starts. I am personally very over protective and know the importance of having peace of mind, so I am happy to help in any way I can.

Jenna is great and was able to book on short notice and even extend the stay several days due a change in travel plans. She sent regular updates and my dog was well taken care of!
Jenna was very kind, you could tell she really loves animals! She sent us many pictures/videos of Zuri playing with her sweet dogs/cat. She was super flexible and was able to watch over our pup in the late evening. We definitely felt at peace having Jenna watch over Zuri. She will be our go-to dog sitter in South Lake Tahoe!

Can not say enough good things about Jenna. She was attentive, kind, capable, and obviously loved our dogs like they were her own. We had a special needs dog and a puppy and they were in great hands. Tons of pics and videos throughout the stay. So thankful to have found such an amazing dog sitter.
Franklin stayed at Jenna’s for the day while we were out on the lake in Tahoe and he had a great time!
Jenna did a great job caring for our two puppies! We were able to celebrate our daughter’s engagement with friends and family without worrying about our pups being neglected or bored. She sent lots of videos throughout their stay showing them playing with her dogs and enjoying their stay, which put our minds at ease. She even gave them bathes before we picked them up, which was a special surprise we greatly appreciated!

Schedule
I am available full time and am happy to adjust my schedule to any specific booking however I do rideshare and may drive a few hours at a time during the weekends.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a smaller house so I’m able to keep a really good eye at all times, as well as fully fenced yard spaces to run, play and burn energy. I have an extra large crate already here and set up in case that is a preference.

A typical day
There is pretty much everything within a few blocks including a grassy park, lake swimming access, as well as meadow and beach walks. I am an avid hiker as well and would love to show them around Tahoe, I was born and raised here so I am very familiar with which trails are optimal for certain dogs.
