Active animal lover in Chilliwack!
I have had dogs since birth and pet rabbits. I’ve taken care of my own pets and neighbours pets from a young age. I am lucky that both of my sisters, my best friend, and a few neighbours all have many dogs and cats between them, so I get a lot of time with them. I have a cat named Pearl (born July ‘22), a cat named Henry (born June ‘23), and my family just lost our sweet bunny, Olly (he was 6 years old, RIP March 2023 💔). It is very important to me that your dog/cat feels comfortable with me and that his/her environment is safe at all times. Off leash would only happen with a dog with excellent recall and after some time of building trust between us, otherwise leash-only walking is preferred. I am in Chilliwack and available for dog walking, house calls at your home (my home would be tricky to have dogs stay because of my cats!). Depending on your needs, I can do daily walks while you are at work, quick pee breaks, feeds, play some fetch, house calls, morning/night house calls, etc. **Please note, for overnight services, I do not sleep at your home. I will be there first thing for feeding, walks and visits throughout the day, dinner, and final outside toilet time to be ready for the night. Your dogs should be ok with being alone overnight if you choose to use my services. If you book house sitting services it will include 4+ visits per day, this includes lots of walks and company for your pet and is reflected in my prices. I will be in and out if your home as I usually have other pets to walk and check in on, as well as tend to my children. Your dog(s) will not be left alone for more than 4 hours during the day. If you are looking for someone to be with your pet the entire time you are away, I am not the sitter for you. Please feel free to send me a message and we can work out the details and figure out if house sitting vs drop-ins (and vice versa) are more suitable for your needs. **I may bring my children for visits, purely for the interaction. They love animals so much! However if your pets do not like children, or you are not comfortable with that, that’s OK, they can stay at home!

I like to blend into what is normal for pets, less stress for them with their owners gone. Your pets happiness and well-being is my main priority! If your pets love to cuddle, I love to cuddle and will give lots of those! Basically however your animals are handled, fed, walked, played with, etc., I will do my part to acclimatize to that as they are creatures of habit and from my experience, like what they like!

Jenn was absolutely fantastic! She went above and beyond anything I expected and cared for my cats as if they were her own. One of my cats is very shy, and Jenn was so patient and intentional in earning his trust and he warmed up to her faster than he ever has with anyone else, which honestly says everything. Her daily updates were thoughtful, detailed, and always included great photos that gave me total peace of mind while I was away. You can truly tell how much she loves what she does and how dedicated she is to the animals in her care. She also handled everything so professionally when one of my cats got a bit too curious and another got sick…she cleaned it all up right away and even went out of her way to ask about carpet cleaner so she could do an extra thorough job. That level of care and attention meant so much. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jenn to anyone looking for a reliable, compassionate, and attentive sitter. She will 100% be my go-to from here on out!
Jen takes great care of our cat who needs her meds twice a day. We love all the pictures and can see how well loved and happy she is. Thank You again Jen!

Jenn is absolutely amazing. I would not have enjoyed my week away without her! Tons of photos every day and updates on how my cats were doing. She even took my garbage out for me which was so thoughtful of her. Will absolutely be repeating with her.
Jenn sets the gold standard for pet care. Her level of attention, compassion, and accountability is unmatched, and it shows in how calm, happy and well-cared-for my cats always are when I return. I have full confidence in her judgment and consistency. I would not trust anyone else with my cats, but I trust Jenn completely. She does not just watch animals, she genuinely cares for them like they are her own.

Schedule
I am a homeschooling mum of my 13 year old son and my 17 year old daughter, I work from home so my schedule is very flexible (that being said, I am only available to do 30 min drop-ins/walks, not 60 mins). I love the outdoors and have no problem dressing for the weather (ie. rain!).
