I really hate leaving bad reviews but it is what it is. I booked this young lady to watch our dog Sugar for 8 days. A couple of days before the drop off, she asked if I could pick up Sugar 4 days earlier than booked. I said no because we were going out of town and would be gone the entire time. She said we could keep the reservation as is. Keep in mind this is including the Thanksgiving holiday. We dropped Sugar off with no issues. The day after Thanksgiving I get a request for more money and a message that this was a holiday fee. I didn't respond because again I'm on vacation. On the way back flight was delayed so we would be picking Sugar up late but on the same day. I notified this young lady about the flight and acknowledged that I had received the request for additional money and that although it should have been included in the original price I would pay her in cash due to the fact that we were doing a late pick up. We picked Sugar up that evening and I have her the money. Then I realized that some of her items were missing. This young lady said she didn't know where those items were at the time and after some back and forth I asked her to contact me when those items were found. She contacted me 4 days later and we set up a time. I text her yesterday morning and said I was on my way. She said okay text me when you're outside. I get there and text to let her know I arrived. Five minutes later I texted her again. I waited 10 minutes and left. She texted me 10 minutes after I left and said she was outside with Sugars things. I did not go back.

Jenessa did a great job watching over our two dogs while we were away on vacation. She kept us updated on how they were doing and made sure they got plenty of walks and playtime.

Jenessa did a great job with the care of my 2 senior dogs. One of them had to have medication and diaper changes because he is 18 yrs. Old and needed extra care. I would use her again. Thank you Rover, and Jenessa
