Having volunteered and worked in an animal shelter for 4+ years, I have gained plenty of experience with a variety of animals and have experience walking, handling, and socializing with dogs of all breeds, sizes, backgrounds, personalities, and needs, however, it's always best to give me a heads up. Let me know your dog or cat's likes and dislikes, any sensitive touch spots, anxieties or fears, energy level, etc. so I can provide them the best care possible!
A typical day
Walkies are the best! Your pup and I will enjoy a nice, long walk around your neighbourhood, taking in all the smells. And while physical exercise is great, I believe mental exercise is just as important for your pets wellbeing, but also for tiring even the most energetic of pups out - playing hide and seek with treats and treat puzzles are a couple of my dog, Beau's, favourite things!

Hi, I’m Jenelle! I have spent my life caring for and most importantly, loving animals. I have surrounded myself with animals my entire life and truly believe pets are what make a family whole. Personally, I have had experience with dogs, cats, birds (lovebirds, budgies), rabbits, and fish. Currently, my family consists of myself and my fiance, and our 6-year-old Golden Doodle, Beau. Through both personal and professional experiences, and as a volunteer with the Guelph Humane Society, I have gained plenty of experience with a variety of animals and have experience walking, handling, and socializing with dogs of all breeds, sizes, backgrounds, personalities, and needs. I am very active and enjoy long hikes (or runs) on our city's many wonderful trails and have a flexible work schedule and therefore, am available on some weekdays as well as weekends. No matter the animal, I look forward to getting to know you and the fur baby that makes your family whole!
