I'm thrilled to have an opportunity to offer a helping hand for your fur baby. I pride myself on being a passionate, patient, empathetic, and fun caregiver who enjoys working with fur babies. I've had cats and dogs my whole life and I also worked as an assistant dog trainer for 1 year. A bit about me, I'm a 32-year-old freelance writer with an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and an Early Childhood Education certification. I'm very organized and great at multi-tasking. In my free time, I practice Vinyasa flow yoga daily. I also enjoy playing tennis and dancing Salsa/Bachata as well. I'm energetic, and active, and love animals. I'm open to interviewing in person, providing references, etc to ensure we're a good fit for each other.

Jen was an absolutely fantastic cat sitter! She took wonderful care of my cats, kept me consistently informed, and sent plenty of photos that gave me real peace of mind while I was away. It was clear she genuinely cared and paid close attention to every detail. I came home to happy, well-cared-for cats, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. As a freelance writer who works from home, my schedule is very flexible. I'm also reliable and I have my own car to get around.

I have a fenced yard should your fur baby be staying with me for a period of time. I'm also well-versed in animal behavior having worked as an assistant dog trainer.

A typical day
When taking care of the dogs I watch, I come up with some pretty fun activities. We'll go for a walk of course - after all, what better way to show off all their fresh new tricks! I also love to take the pups to our local dog park and let them play together (only if you give the green light).
