Accepting new re-occurring walk clients 7 days a week! Raya or Jena! New to Rover, but not new to pets! Hello! I have been training and handling dogs for almost 6 years now, throughout both Iowa and Illinois. I have worked with trainers, boarding facilities, daycares, and taken online courses. I now have been working privately as a walker and in home caretaker for over a year. Happy to say I’m a 5.0⭐️ on Wag, Rover, and have great reviews from all my private clients 💚 I do a lot of training and handling in sports and show with my own dog, a golden retriever, who is great with other animals and understanding a home dynamic. While I may not have a yard, I live next to the lake and love to go for walks in the park and carry a long-line leash for more freedom and fun!

Schedule
This is my full time job, and I’m always on the go around the city to all the pets I love to see everyday! Hope to see you soon! I take visits and walks every day of the week and weekend, and I’m looking for more weekly scheduled pups to join my route. I operate on a “walk window” so I have a target time, and time that I may show up within (think 11am-1pm, target time 12pm) due to whatever the day may bring on.

I enjoy being around the animal I am with as much as possible, even if we’re just watching tv. I do encourage crate training in case of emergencies and hope to have a crate accessible in case it is ever needed, and I’ve had a lot of experience in handling food and medication for all types of dogs.

A typical day
I go out on walks and love to do enrichment and sniff games with dogs, and my girl Alice loves to have company! We do a lot of mental stimulation with both our dogs and cat.
