I try to keep the stress level minimal for everyone; and if any dogs show signs of elevated stress or anxiety I will separate them and allow time for everyone to decompress before reintroducing the dogs to one another.

Pet care experience
Hi, my name is Jena and my husband Trent and I live in Western Village Rv Park in Carlisle, PA . Before moving there I lived in Texas for 4 years where I was also a professional dog sitter. Prior to living in Texas, I worked full time at a dog boarding kennel in Wisconsin, which gave me a ton of different experiences; in addition to the 8 years I have been working with Rover! I have a deaf, senior dog, Simba, and have experience in dealing with seniors and with special needs dogs. I also have experience in working with dogs that have severe separation anxiety and that struggle with being boarded in a traditional kennel environment. I can also handle dogs that may be considered "difficult", i.e. little/no recall, poor leash manners, poor obedience skills, resource guarding issues, and crate/kennel anxiety. I am willing to meet your dog where they are and help them thrive while they're with me!

Jena was great. She was early for her drop in plus stayed late so it was a big win for my pup. I would definitely use her again.

Took amazing care of my goof ball.

Jena is great! Responds quickly, flexible, and will cater to whatever your pets needs are! She also makes sure to send lots of updates and pictures too so there’s plenty of communication! You can tell she really cares about your dogs and will for sure be continuing to use her in the future!
