Pet care experience
I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in pet care is from having my own pets, dog boarding for many years, as well as caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years. I have volunteered for various rescues fostering puppies from dangerous situations and ensuring that they find the best forever home. I am currently volunteering at a horse rescue with horses, goats, pigs, ducks, cats, dogs, donkeys, and a cow! I love what I do!! I work from home so ready for all day fun watching your pup. I treat each and every dog or cat as my own so they will get tons of love. Rest assured, your baby will be well taken care of . I send daily updates and photos so you can see all the fun we are having !! Looking forward to meeting you and your precious baby!

This was our first time using Rover and Jen did an excellent job. Due to medical issues, we haven’t been able to travel until now. I was very anxious leaving my pups but Jen really put me at ease with her communication, pictures and just how present she was with our dogs. Thanks for putting this anxious dog momma at ease Jen! I can’t say enough good things about Jen. I left my three dogs with Jen for 7 days during a family vacation. They have not been outside of our home in years and have very different personalities. They loved Jen from the time they met her. She has such a good understanding of breed behaviors. Every day Jen sent updates and lots of pictures. All 3 of my pups were healthy and happy when we picked them up. I would not hesitate to recommend Jen for doggy sitter services. She is AMAZING!!

I have a fully fenced yard for outside play time and a dog that loves to play. My dog Raven is very playful and will want to play as she loves all dogs and people. The dogs will either sleep in their preferred crate, or with me in my room. All dogs are fed separately, and each dog will only have a certain amount of time to eat breakfast and dinner. For safety reasons of other dogs eating each other's food, their food bowls cannot be left out all day. Puppies less than a year would have to be crate trained. If the dog pees/marks in the house at any time, I will put a doggie wrap on them while in the house. For the safety of all pups in my home, your dog needs to be ok with other dogs, as well as puppies. For house sitting requests, I would be staying at your house full time, except for occasional errands, doctor appointments, and when I volunteer at the horse rescues. There must be acceptable WIFI so that I am able to work while at your house. I do need a bed to sleep in for all house-sitting requests.

Please ensure all food and medicine is there for the duration of the stay, along with detailed instructions on the feeding schedule. Let me know if your dog is comfortable around other dogs, any behaviors that I should know about, or anything special that your dog likes/does not like.
A typical day
I love walking and enjoying being outside. We will walk, play with toys, and have a fabulous time. If comfortable with that, I will take the dog to the park for walks, maybe drive to go for a hike, or find special activities that we can do. I let the dogs out to play and/or walk every two hours. We will play ball, catch sticks, or the dogs love running around the deck playing chase.

Availability
I work from home, so I am here all day and I let them out back in a fully fenced yard for playtime several times a day. We love being outside and burning off some energy and enjoying play time. Our schedule consists of the following: 7:00am-8:00am- breakfast and outside time or walk **I do not let the dogs go outside to play together after eating to prevent upset full tummies** 8:00am-10:00am- I have plenty of toys in my office so the dogs play while I work or relax by my feet, whatever they prefer 10:00am- outside play time 12:00pm- outside play time 1:00pm-4:00pm- usually the dogs are ready for a nap 4:00pm-5:00pm- dinner and potty break 6:00pm till whenever- we will either go for a walk, we have a great little park in the neighborhood, or the dogs may just want to play outside where we throw the ball or sticks, or just run around chasing each other 8:00pm-10:00pm- we will relax inside where we have plenty of soft beds to chill out on, or they can lay on the sofa 10:00pm- last potty break of the night and nighty nighttime. ** Pick up and drop off times are required prior to 9 pm- if pickup is after 9pm, you will have to schedule an additional night.
