I work from home, so I am here all day, and I let them out back for a walk several times a day. We love being outside and burning off some energy and enjoying play time. Our schedule consists of the following: 7:00am-8:00am- breakfast and outside time or walk **I do not let the dogs go outside to play together after eating to prevent upset tummies** 8:00am-10:00am- I have plenty of toys in my office so the dogs play while I work or relax by my feet, whatever they prefer 10:00am- outside play time 12:00pm- outside play time 1:00pm-4:00pm- usually the dogs are ready for a nap 4:00pm-5:00pm- dinner and potty break 6:00pm till whenever- we will either go for a walk, we have a great little park close by or the dogs may just want to play outside where we throw the ball or sticks, or just run around chasing each other. 8:00pm-10:00pm- we will relax inside where we have plenty of soft beds to chill out on, or they can lay on the sofa 10:00pm- last potty break of the night and nighty nighttime. ** Pick up and drop off times are required prior to 9 pm- if pickup is after 9pm, you will have to schedule an additional night. Additionally I do the feedings at a rescue on Saturday mornings so drop off/ pick up has to be at 8:30 am or after 11:00. For house sitting requests , please only book if your pets can be home alone for 4 hours on occasions as I do different volunteer activities .

Safety, trust & environment
All dogs are fed separately, and each dog will have a certain amount of time to eat breakfast and dinner. For safety reasons of other dogs eating each other's food, their food bowls cannot be left out all day. For the safety of all pups in my home, your dog needs to be ok with other dogs, as well as puppies. I require all canines under 2 to be crate trained. Crates will only be used for the following reasons: 1. Sleep time if desired 2. a short break if quiet time is needed or gives them a safe place to relax 3. If I need to leave the house to run an errand. Please come with your dog's nails trimmed, as I have hardwood floors, so it is hard to walk on for them with long nails. **Dogs must be ok with cats or be able to just leave the cats alone as I have outside and inside cats. ** Since I work from home during house‑sitting stays, I need to make sure the environment stays calm for both me and the pets. If a dog barks continuously throughout the day or in a crate if needed, it usually means they’re feeling anxious, and it can make it hard for me to work. In those cases, I may not be the best fit.

PLEASE make sure all dogs are flea and tick treated, as well as up to date on all shots!! Please ensure all food and medicine is there for the duration of the stay, along with detailed instructions on the feeding schedule. Let me know if your dog is comfortable around other dogs, any behaviors that I should know about, or anything special that your dog likes/does not like.
A typical day
I love walking and enjoying being outside. We will walk, play with toys, and have a fabulous time. If comfortable with that, I will take the dog to the park for walks, maybe drive to go for a hike, or find special activities that we can do. I let the dogs out to play and/or walk every two hours. We will play ball, catch sticks, or the dogs love running around the deck playing chase.

Pet care experience
A lifelong love for animals has shaped a deep passion for pet care. Years of experience with dog boarding and growing up with pets have developed skills in pet behavior and care. Experience also includes extensive volunteer work with various animal rescues, where puppies were fostered from challenging situations. Rehabilitating wild mustangs at a local horse rescue is also part of this background. Currently, volunteering with a diverse group of animals occurs, including horses, goats, pigs, ducks, cats, dogs, donkeys, and a cow. Working from home allows providing pets with all-day attention and treating every animal like family. The pet will receive plenty of love, and you'll get daily updates and photos of all the fun. The pet-sitting service is provided from a home, offering all-day companionship and fun for pets. Every pet is treated with endless love and attention. Daily photo updates keep pet owners connected to all the adventures. When not running around and playing indoors, pets can enjoy the large acreage or go for hikes. Raven, the resident dog, is a friendly and playful companion who loves all dogs and people. Pets can sleep in their own crate or cozy up in the room, based on their preference. Your peace of mind is the top priority. When house sitting, I will live in your home to provide continuous, loving care for pets and maintain your house. Pets will follow their normal routine, so they feel happy and safe. While I will be in the home most of the time, I may occasionally leave for necessary errands, appointments, and volunteer work at a horse rescue. As I do work remotely, a solid internet connection will be needed throughout the stay. You can also count on me to handle household tasks like bringing in the mail and watering plants. I own an animal sanctuary caring for abused or neglected animals in need. The money I make from pet and house sitting , helps pay for these animals in need . Just moved to Edgefield and am working on fencing a large back yard for the pups to run and play in. Until that time, they will love the walks on my 26-acre puppy paradise. If Edgefield is too far for you, I offer a pickup / drop off service for your convenience Looking forward to meeting you and your precious baby
Reviews
If you are looking for a dog/ house sitter or anything else Jen offers look no more. She absolutely goes above and beyond. My two dogs won't leave her side; she doesn't even get private bathroom time lol. We hope she is available every time we go away. We don't want to use anyone else!

A+++ Sitter. Felt very comfortable leaving my baby with her. She sent multiple pictures of him every day and made sure I knew he felt right at home. Would definitely book again.
Love having Jen house/dog sit. Baxter and Dixie are so comfortable with her, she takes great care of them and the house. We never have a worry while she's here. We have Jen booked for 2 other trips this summer. We hope she is available whenever we go away!
Jen did a great job keeping the peace with our 4 dogs. We have personalities that don’t get along and she was wonderful with them. Will definitely book again when the need arises.
