Hi I am Jen S.! I am a Cycling instructor at CycleBar and absolutely love getting outside and staying active with my son and French Bulldog Lucy! My son is 5 years old and our Lucy girl is 7! You can count on me to be trustworthy, Reliable, Punctual, and I have great customer service skills. I can work in unpredictable situations, absolutely fine with getting dirty and working outside, always open to communicating needs of your furry friends to keep them healthy/happy and I don’t think I need to say this again but I truly love animals. I hope you will consider me when you are looking for someone to assist your family during the work week or on the weekends! I look forward to meeting y’all soon!

Jen S. cancelled a booking after the stay began.
I originally booked Jen because she had a bunch of great reviews and recurring customers so I thought it would be a good fit. She met with me prior to the visit so I could explain everything then I went on vacation. She came Saturday morning and gave the cats a scoop of food though no fresh water or treats as we’d discussed. I figured no big deal since it was the first day and they were probably fine. However, Sunday night came and I realized I hadn’t received a notification of a visit that day. I reached out to her to see if she was coming (as she was supposed to come every day) and I noticed my cats on the camera kept walking up to their food bowls but then walked away without eating because there was no food. She never responded and didn’t show up at all Sunday. I was luckily able to get a neighbor to check on the cats and give them food late that night. I proceeded to cancel the booking because there was zero communication from Jen and I was not comfortable having her watch them anymore. She showed up Monday morning though (don’t think the cancellation had officially gone through yet) and she gave them some treats this time but no additional food and zero fresh water. I messaged her while she was there that I’d cancelled the booking and she left but again, no responses from her. I honestly don’t know what happened but the lack of communication and scrambling to find someone to feed my cats while I was in another state was super stressful. I don’t usually leave negative reviews but felt this was important to share.
Jen was great to work with! Super flexible and communicative! Would definitely recommend her :)

Jen is a great dog sitter and I would definitely use her again. One of my dog is older and needs medicine on a schedule and she is good keeping on that schedule and spends time with the dogs while she there. I would recommend her!
Jen was great super proactive. We appreciated her daily pics!!
