I follow your specific instructions, like if your pet can only have specific treats due to an allergy. I make the most of your time by engaging with your baby the WHOLE visit, I won't be sitting on my phone scrolling TikTok! I always send pictures and a summary of our time together. 🐾

Please let me know if your pet has any medical conditions, anxiety, allergies or medications (even if I won't be administering them.) It's helpful to know training commands to be consistent and not confuse your pet. Lastly, and this is silly! But I need to know where to throw away poop bags!
A typical day
Whatever the pet enjoys, a walk in the neighborhood, sniffing for bunnies in the yard, playing with toys inside if the weather is bad. And of course lots of petting! Hiding treats, puzzle toys or practicing tricks are great for mental stimulation too.

Pet care experience
I have 5 years of experience as a Veterinary Receptionist. Before that I worked at a Pet Store and Boarding Kennel for 6 years. With all this experience I'm familiar on how to handle different situations.

Jen was wonderful with our kitty while we were out of town! She gave updates including pictures every time she dropped in. She is reliable, trustworthy and easy to work with. I would highly recommend her!
Jen is amazing. She has been our consistent dog walker weekly for over a year and is so understanding and flexible with her schedule. Jen is truly an animal lover and is okay with my grumpy dog who pretends to “protect this house” but really loves his walks with her. She will be greatly missed after her move.
Once again, peace of mind and confidence knowing Jen’s taking care of our cats! Our go-to Rover’er!
