Responsible Animal Lover
As an animal lover, I have cared for animals since I was young. We have always had a dog, and I can't imagine life without one. I have also had hamsters, gerbils and bunnies and I have cared for my friend’s cats. I love all animals, and enjoy opportunities to connect with them. I currently live at home with my husband and 2 children, ages 7 and 9 who are all animal lovers as well. Our 15 year old black lab rescue passed away at the end of September 💔. We currently have 2 Holland Lop bunnies. If I had the resources, we would have animals galore!!!! I would like to care for your animals while you are away and provide them with the love you would give if you were there. I know that when I'm away, it's very important to me to feel that my animals are getting attention, feel loved, get exercise, and are spoiled. My trip would not be enjoyable if those things were not in place, and that's what I would like to provide for you. After all, our pets are our children! My professional background is as a social worker (I have my Masters degree in Social Work), but I am currently a stay-at home mom, so I have flexibility in my schedule and can try to adapt to meet your needs. I have lots of references which I am happy to provide until I am able to get up and running on this site and garner some reviews.

Over the last 4 months Jen had walked my weathen terrier two times a day, three days a week. My Nacho is an anxious 2 year old weathen terrier. From the first day Jen and Nacho met they connected. She has been amazing with him, very understandable and so adaptable to his needs. Those who have weathens know what I meant! She is always on time and eager to go above and beyond! I loved the fact that she always give me updates on what he was doing! She has even done daycare and boarding for us. There is no better feeling leaving your dog with care that you know they care! The only reason we are stopping is because of a conflict in my schedule! Thank you so much Jen!
Jen was amazing with our two dogs for walks and drop in visits. We have a large energetic lab and a small older maltese who required extra care and meds. She handled both of them so well. We loved the thorough updates and pictures from every visit. We knew our pups were in good hands and enjoyed her company. Jen was super flexible and responsive as well to our inconsistent schedules. We will definitely use her again!
Jen was great with our cats! She gave my diabetic cat his insulin shots and wrote great report cards after every visit. I appreciated her attentiveness to my older cat; I had peace of mind that he was left in reliable, caring hands while I was out of town.
Jen and her family were amazing for our dog! We got frequent updates and pictures and I felt like I knew what he was doing each day. It was obvious he was well loved, given much attention, and treated like a family member - everything you could want when you have to leave your furry friend behind for a trip. We will definitely be going back to Jen for all future Rover needs!
Amazing! Our dog had the best time and was a part of all the family adventures! Jen's care for her was awesome -- medication administering, walks, snuggles and lots of love! We loved the updates. Absolutely will book again.
Jen is a absolutely amazing. She has taken care of my puppy just like her very own. She is down to earth, personable, and goes above and beyond for my little puppy. It is so nice to know that while I am away my dog is well taken care of. I would recommend her to anyone!

Schedule
I am currently working part time, so I have a lot of flexibility to play with and exercise your pups! I’m happy to provide walks and/or a trip to the dog park!

Safety, trust & environment
We do not have a fenced in yard. Dogs in my care our leashed when we are outside to ensure that they remain safe. We do have a large crate, so if your pet is crate trained, we are happy to provide that for them. We also have several dog beds.

A typical day
Daily exercise is important for your pet. Expect that they will receive walks around the neighborhood or a trip to the dog park! We also like to play with dog toys, so feel free to bring your pets favorites!
