Your dog's home away from home
I'm the kind of person who knows all the names of my neighbours dogs. I love dogs, have had my own for six years and regularly look after friends and relatives' pets. My current pup (Hero) is a friendly two-year old cavalier who is very accustomed being around all kinds of other dogs.

We had a great experience with Jen looking after our little Lola. From the start Jen (and her other half!) were warm, friendly and clearly very experienced with dogs.They have two lovely dogs of their own who seemed very gentle and welcoming. Lola can sometimes be a little nervous with new people and other dogs, but she appeared to settle in quickly and really warm up to them. We received some great pictures and updates, and it looked like she was having a wonderful time which was very reassuring. It’s clear she was well cared for and comfortable in their home. We would absolutely recommend Jen and would be very happy for Lola to stay again. Thank you for taking such great care of her!
Jen was brilliant with Willow, providing regular updates and taking really good care of her for a week on what was her first significant stay away from home. Jen also took good care to understand Willow’s routines and preferences. Willow was really settled on her return home too - a great sign that she had been happy while away with all her needs met. Thank you for looking after her so well.

Jen was great with our pup Otis - it was a late booking and despite never having looked after him before as we were only in the area for the afternoon - he had a great time and we had regular updates. Would highly recommend. Thanks Jen!

Jen's the best! Spud absolutely loves both her and Hero. He can be a bit nervous, but Jen was very patient and kind with him and now he goes as crazy for her as he does for anyone in the family.

Schedule
I work from home, so am always around! Whilst I do have a few meetings where the study door would be shut against potentially noisy visitors, I mostly work flexibly and can prioritise dog walks/cuddles.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced in garden, a friendly dog, and a home which I'm never expecting to be entirely dog-hair free. I live next to a forest and take dogs there regularly - if you're happy for your pup to be off leash, it's a secure place for them to run around. I'd always ask your permission before doing so.
Pets
A typical day
I love an early morning walk then cracking on with some work while the dogs have a snooze. Lunchtime can go out again or have a play in the garden, then another walk/play/treat & train session in the early evening.
