Anything and everything you can let me know about your pet's personality, behavior, needs and preferences - too much info is not a thing. I require all pets I stay with be up to date on vaccines and vet info provided in case of an emergency.
A typical day
I am flexible - if your pet has a rigid schedule I will follow it to the letter. If they are more “go with the flow” I will follow their lead (and yours, of course). A typical day with your pet is ideally as close to what they are used to as possible. I can provide exercise/mental stimulation and keep your pet consistent with training if applicable, or shorter walks/play sessions and lots of cuddle time if they are older or less energetic.

I have 10+ years professional pet sitting experience and have worked with almost every breed and size of dog - tons of reactive dogs, both dogs and cats in various levels of training, seniors, etc. I am equally a dog and cat lover - we do exist, I promise! Pet care has also been kind of a “family business” starting with my aunt who was a NYC dog walker before the internet - let alone apps- even existed. Jen is a great sitter for many reasons, but one of the most underrated reasons is that she is very responsive and communicative. I love knowing she responds to messages as quickly as she can (within reason of course!!) under normal circumstances, and that makes me feel reassured about going away – I just know she'll keep me updated, and if there does happen to be a problem, I know she'll be available. It puts me at ease every time. And she knows Churu puts Lumpy at ease!
Jen was extremely kind, patient, and understanding with our nervous rescue pup. She provided lots of updates and made me feel confident our sweet girl was in good hands!
