I'm currently a mobile massage therapist. I provide approx 15 hours of massage a week so I have plenty of time to watch your furbaby :) Worse case if I will be out of the home for more than 4-6hrs (maybe 1 time a week at an assisted living facility -all depends on my geriatric clients), I have roommates who can help me with watching your dog or letting your dog out for me.

We are dog people as I used to own myself. My roommates used to love to watch/play/hang out with my dog and have lived with 2 big dogs in their recent past. I have two roommates (a married couple) who can and would love to also help watch and one works from home 50% of the time. I live in a home with a fenced yard...no kids, no other dogs (just a 60 gallon fish tank). Pets are like family here.

**I REQUIRE AN INITIAL MEET AND GREET BEFORE ANY BOARDING/DAY CARE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED** This is so your furbaby can get a feel for my home and I can get a feel for them. At our meet and greet, please let me know any quirks or tips (any important information to know ahead of boarding/sitting) to help me, help you, watch your dog better. PLEASE dont forget to let me know feeding schedules/amt of food, allergies, and basic commands you use at home. I do request this all put in writing so I can have it hung up on my fridge so my roommates can see too! Is your dog crate trained?? If your dog is crate trained, please don't forget to bring their crate. I do not have one here.
A typical day
Depends on the dog...Play with dogs like fetch, or tug of war. Dog walking depending on distance needed. As a massage therapist I do catch myself massaging dogs while petting them lol

Pet care experience
I had two pit bulls 15 years ago and remember how much of a pain it was to find a pet sitter when I had to leave out of town for business or family stuff. Over the years one left when my x and I broke up, and my boy Roscoe passed in 9/2019. I've been boarding my friends dogs ever since to help my friends out and get some puppy therapy at the same time. Still itching for a dog, but my schedule doesn't allow it at this time. So I figured I should finally start a rover account and help other fur parents in need, until I'm finally ready for my own again.

Jen is so great. Communication before and during drop-off was seamless. We felt confident leaving our high-maintenance American Bully with her. We loved all the great photos, which assured us Hulk was having a great time!
Jen was great with our first ever Rover experience. Our dog can be a little jumpy with the fireworks but when we picked up Cece the next day she didn’t seem anxious or out of sorts at all. Not to mention we went from request to meet and greet to drop off all in a matter of just a few days. We will definitely look for Jen on our next getaway!
As always, Zolo had a great time with Jen! She did a wonderful job keeping him entertained and socializing him. We always feel very comfortable when he stays with her, and he is exhausted when he comes home. Thank you again, Jen!
