Pet sitting is my full-time job!! First, daycare hours are roughly 7:30-5:30 daily. Daycare is just that, daycare. Please make sure your pet has eaten before arriving. If I'm feeding your pet(s) meals and administering medications, whether it's overnight or not, I consider that boarding. If you need to drop off earlier or pick up later, please communicate your needs with me ahead of time and I will do my best to accommodate. Second, I simply cannot stress this enough... Timeliness is important. I know things like traffic, working late unexpectedly, travel delays, etc. happen from time to time. Communication is imperative. I create a schedule each week based off of who's coming and going. If you're going to be more than 15 minutes outside of your agreed to time (either early or late) for drop off or pick up, please let me know ASAP as that may interfere with other clients scheduled times. I truly try to be as accommodating as possible. However, this is a full-time job and I can't safely have multiple pets coming and going at the same time. Going forward, there will be a $20* late fee charged - not because I want extra money, but because I want things to run smoothly. I always give the example, you wouldn't show up to a hair appointment an hour late and expect to go right to the chair. My time is valuable and so is yours 😊 Morning drop off and pick up times are between 7:30-9:30 AM. Afternoon drop offs and pick ups are between 3-5:30 PM. Other times will be on a case by case basis. This gives the pups that are here already more time doing what they love - PLAYING! Lastly, my "office" hours for requests for care are 8-5. Feel free to send requests whenever you think about it, just know I may not respond until the following day if it's late. * when other arrangements haven't been made. Example - Hey, I'm running late! Can I pick up at 4:30 instead of 4?
