I am very upset with the care I received. She said she was gonna be with my animal the whole time she was not with him at all. I did not follow my instructions to leave him alone in the kennel. Let him locked up in the bathroom. she did not feed my dog, and she refused to cancel the booking, even after I picked him up early.

Jen was great to work with. Our dog’s first experience with Rover went very well. Would recommend.

We were very disappointed in the care our dog received while Jen took care of our dog. We found piles of poop and pee stains in our basement when we returned from our trip. I have never had a bad experience until this time. We have cameras on our home as I was able to see that Jen was only at home for 10 minutes at a time, we booked this as a house sitting as I expected our dog be given attention. Our dog was a rescue as this is why we choose Rover rather than dog boarding being it would give her anxiety as she already has with us being done anyways.

We have never used Rover before. but we plan to use it again. The family who took care of our dogs did a great job if they had a concern they contacted us right away. they keep us informed about our dogs. we feel that they took the best care of our dogs. we would use them again. highly recommend them.

Jen was quick to respond and accept a very late request for boarding our loved Tucker due to our original sitter having an emergency. Jen was accommodating for drop off and pickup times. Tucker came home tired and happy after a full week with Jen. Hope to rebook again. ???
