Hello there! My name is Jen, and I'm thrilled to open my heart and home to your furry family members. Having shared my life with pets since my early adulthood, I understand the joy and companionship they bring. Although our beloved Golden Retriever, Stilton, crossed the rainbow bridge in 2021, our home misses the love and energy that only dogs can provide. I've also had the privilege of fostering through a rescue, a chapter that recently closed but left us with countless cherished memories. Working from home grants me the unique opportunity to be a constant companion to your pets. I'm an active individual who not only enjoys taking multiple daily walks but also relishes the adventure of hiking. Your pup will not only receive attention and care but will also have the chance to get some exercise.

Jen was absolutely amazing with my dog! I was across the country for a few days and she gave me so much peace of mind knowing my dog was in such good hands. She kept me updated throughout my trip and even made sure my dog got all of her medicine. Jen has such a sweet family and it was obvious my doggy was getting lots of love and attention while I was away. I’m so grateful I found Jen and would absolutely trust her with my girl again!
Another amazing stay with Jen and her family! This was our second time leaving Appa with them, and once again we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They take such great care of him, keep us updated, and it’s clear he feels completely comfortable and at home with their family. Jen was also so accommodating with our schedule, which we really appreciated and made everything that much easier for us. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing Appa is in such great hands. We’ll absolutely continue booking with Jen whenever we can. 5 stars!
Jen and her family were amazing with Appa! We felt super comfortable leaving him with them, and it was obvious he got tons of love and attention throughout his stay. We really appreciated all the updates and loved seeing how happy and comfortable he was with everyone. It’s such a great feeling knowing Appa was being treated like part of the family while we were away. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be reaching out to Jen again!
Jen was very kind and communicative! She set up a meet and greet beforehand to make sure our dogs were comfortable at her house. During their stay, I received frequent updates and pictures. She even took them on a hike after receiving my permission. The pups seemed happy to be there. We would definitely use her again!
Oreo had a wonderful stay with Jen& her family. Jen is very accommodating. Oreo enjoyed her walks with her.
We never worry about Frank when we travel because we know he is being cared for and loved by Jen and her family!

Schedule
I work from home so your pup will have constant companionship. I have two kids, ages 9 and 13, who will be around before and after school. I have school drop off and pick up between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. and 2:50 to 3:30 p.m., so any drop-offs and pick-ups will need to be around those times.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced-in yard and a doggie door that goes out to a separate doggie potty place. When walking your dog, they'll be kept on a leash. If they stay overnight, we'll talk about what's best for your pup and make arrangements accordingly.
A typical day
While your pup is with me, I'll take them for walks, play with them in the backyard, and give them tons of love. I'll make sure to supply pictures during the day so you know your pup is well taken care of.
