I treat every dog as if they were my own, just as I would want my dog to be treated - with genuine love, care and attention. I have my own dog, grew up around family dogs and have cared for different breeds and personalities. I have a troubled but sweet rescue, which has given me a deep understanding of the patience, flexibility and compassion each individual dog needs. Whether it’s energetic walks, calm companionship or sticking to familiar routines, I’ll make sure your pup feels safe, happy and truly cared for. I know how important peace of mind is, so I keep open communication with regular updates and photos, so you're reassured your fur-baby is always in safe hands.

When caring for dogs in their own home, I prioritise their safety, comfort and routine. I follow the owner’s instructions closely, from feeding schedules and walk times to any specific rules or preferences, ensuring your pet’s day stays familiar and stress-free. A proactive approach is important: making sure doors and gates are secure, monitoring interactions with other pets if applicable and keeping an eye on any health or behaviour changes. Each pet is individual and deserves a customised approach that works for them. Whether that’s extra play, quiet time, or short walks.

as soon as Jemma approached our 'temperamental' little treasure we could plainly see that the 'dog- whisperer' had arrived! A very friendly and happy 4 legged gem had arisen from the sofa. We were sent photos and updates which were very welcome and also encouraging regarding her 'new' behaviour . We cannot recommend Jemma highly enough, a 5 gold 🌟 Issy M
Jemma is fantastic. The dogs fell in love with her. She gave more time than requested and cleaned up an accidental indoor poop. The boys were confident in her company and even our barky dog relaxed when she walked in. 100% would recommend and will use again!
Prior to our seven day trip Jemma visited to meet our cat Belle. We showed Jemma where to locate everything and she took detailed instructions on how I wanted Belle cared for as well as checking it was correct. Jemma took excellent care of Belle and also spent time with her during the twice daily visits which provided great peace of mind knowing that Belle wouldn't be lonely. Belle was very relaxed and content upon our return which was a sign of the excellent kitty care and fusses she received from Jemma. I highly recommend her services for your pets
