Reliable, animal loving pet sitter
*** During winter months we only board smaller, hypoallergenic dogs. I’ve always had a pet my whole life - dogs, rabbits, cats. I absolutely love animals. I’ve doggy sat for a few friends and family over the years. We had two older pups that recently passed away. Both of them had some health issues in their old age, so we have a lot of experience with pets on scheduled medications and special needs. We aren’t ready to get more dogs at this time, but we have a house full of love that we’d like to share with your fur baby while you’re away 😁

Schedule
Both my husband and I work from home, so they wouldn’t be alone with the exception of running errands here and there. I have a 16 year who plays competitive softball, so every other weekend we will go to her tournaments. If it’s ok with you and your pup likes to socialize, most places are dog friendly and we would love to take them with. If not, my husband would be happy to stay home those weekends.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fenced backyard and lots of walking trails, parks, and several recreational spots around the neighborhood. We don’t have a lot of foot traffic so our house is calm and quiet. We do live in a two story with about 15 steps to the upstairs, we do use a baby gate to block the steps while we’re working.
A typical day
Their day would start with a walk around the neighborhood in the morning, a 30-45 minute walk along a trail by our house at lunch, and a walk around the neighborhood in the evening. Throughout the day they’ll get lots of attention, potty breaks, and time to nap in between. We believe keeping the same routine as you have established . To us, this is important in helping your dog adjust while you’re away. Let us know what you’re typical day is and we’re happy to accommodate whatever you need.
