Ok, where do I start! I was very disappointed in the services rendered. First off, I scheduled a drop-off of 12 PM. While in route, I was texted to see if I could drop off my dog at 1 PM, which I declined because I was heading out of town and needed to stay on schedule. I received another text before arriving to see if I could meet him at the neighborhood park, which threw me off a little, but I said sure. I then asked if I needed to cancel this appointment because too many red flags were coming up, but I ignored them. I dropped off my dog with his crate, his bed, food and a toy and went on my way. Upon picking up my dog 2 days later, I arrived at his resident and heard multiple dogs - like it was kennel, which is probably why I was asked to meet him elsewhere. I waited about 5 minutes at the front door before he came to the door after I texted him my ETA. He had the dog on his leash, the crate, the container and his toy. However, when I went to put the crate in the car, I noticed a brown dried up stain on his bed that was in the crate. I went to brush it off and noticed it was dried up poop. So, I had to drive nearly an hour away with the smell in my car where we had to drive with the windows down. When I got home, I noticed my dog had a wierd smell on him. I also noticed his cloth cover placed over the hard mat in his crate was soiled. I had to wash his bed, the cloth cover, the mat and his toy. I then took my dog to get bathe to get rid of that stinky smell. My dog has never soiled or pooped in his crate, which tells me he was not taken out to relieve himself or another dog was in his crate. Nevertheless, that was a one and done request.
