Before pet sitting, it’s important to know each pet’s feeding schedule, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, medications, and any behavioral notes such as anxiety, aggression, or fear triggers. I also like to know their daily routine, preferred walking routes (if applicable), energy level, and how they typically interact with new people or other animals. It’s helpful to understand what comforts them, any commands they respond to, and emergency contact or vet information!! 🏥 This ensures I can provide safe, consistent, and personalized care while keeping the pet as comfortable as possible 🙏🏼
A typical day
Depending on your pet’s personality and energy level, I like to include activities such as walks around the park, playtime with toys (fetch, tug, or interactive games), gentle exercise, cuddle time for comfort-loving pets, and mental stimulation like treat puzzles :D For cats, this may include wand toys, laser play, and quiet companionship. My goal is to keep them happy, engaged, and stress-free while you’re away ⭐️💟

🐾 Pet Sitting Services Available 🐾 I have gained hands-on experience caring for pets through my own 12-year-old dog and 6-year-old cat, as well as my work at an animal care hospitality where I serve as a supervisor. In that role, I oversee both canines and felines of all sizes, energy levels, and needs, including high-energy pets, shy or anxious animals, pets with health issues, senior pets, under-socialized animals, and those requiring extra care and patience. I am comfortable with feeding routines, playtime, potty routines, and carefully following detailed care instructions to ensure every pet feels safe, calm, and happy. 💕🐾
