Jeffrey can care for
Availability
I currently work full-time, but with enough notice I can adjust my schedule to stay overnight or provide extra visits especially for senior dogs, pets needing frequent potty breaks, or those on strict medication schedules. If a booking is far from my home, I may arrange my work schedule so I can dedicate full attention to your pets without unnecessary back-and-forth travel.

Dog skills
Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s routine is my guide. I follow your feeding, walking, and medication schedules exactly as you outline, while also making sure their comfort and safety come first. I’m attentive to small changes in behavior, appetite, or mood so I can keep you updated in real time. I aim to keep your dog’s environment as stress-free and familiar as possible, whether that means sticking closely to their established routine or making thoughtful adjustments to help them settle in
Information Jeffrey N. would like to know about your pet
Before any booking, I like to know your dog’s name, breed, weight, and any vet or medical details such as medication schedules, allergies, or sensitivities. I also ask about their behavior with other animals, people, and in new environments. If there’s anything that helps them feel safe or comfortable from favorite toys to specific routines I’ll make sure to include it in their care.
A typical day
A typical day depends entirely on your dog’s needs. Some pups thrive with long nature walks and play sessions, while others prefer shorter walks and plenty of cuddle time. If they enjoy enrichment activities, I incorporate games, training refreshers, or calm mental stimulation to keep them engaged. The goal is to return them to you happy, healthy, and relaxed.

Professional Training & Pet Care
Pet care experience
With over 4 years of experience caring for dogs of all breeds and temperaments, I bring both skill and compassion to every stay. I’m a professional dog trainer with a strong background in kennel and daycare work, plus hands-on experience with senior dogs, special needs pets, and dogs requiring medication. I’m comfortable caring for energetic puppies, large “power breeds,” and pets with behavioral challenges — always using calm, confident handling to keep everyone safe and happy. I myself have 2 Rhodesian Ridgebacks.
Reviews

Excellent experience with Jeffrey. Our care need was last minute and our dog is quite shy. Jeffrey was patient and kind and we could tell from his check-ins and photos that our dog warmed up to him. So grateful for the peace of mind from his reassuring reports and photos.

Our dogs pitmix instantly connected with Jeff, and he handled both of them beautifully—even though they’re reactive around other dogs. We felt completely at ease, and the results were amazing. We’ll definitely continue working with him!

My dog Ziggy loves him! Has helped us in a pinch, really appreciate him.

Jeffrey was so caring for our aging Roxy. He showed so much understanding and communication was excellent. Highly, highly recommended.
