🐕 Your pups' doggy hosts We’ve been lifelong small dog lovers—growing up surrounded by fluffy Pomeranians and sweet Shih Tzus. Naturally, when it came time to welcome a pup into our own lives, we knew it had to be a small dog! In 2020, we brought home our first fur baby, a lovable Maltese named Koopa. He quickly became the center of our world. Then in 2023, we added to our little family with Koji—Koopa’s playful brother and best friend. Over the past five years, we haven’t just cared for our own pups—we’ve also opened our home to the small dogs of friends and family. Whether it’s for a week or an entire month, our home becomes a cozy retreat for these visiting pups. When the holidays or vacation season roll around, there’s almost always an extra set of tiny paws padding through our home—and we wouldn’t have it any other way! 🏡 About our home Our first floor features a large, open-concept space where the dogs spend most of their time. There’s plenty of room to run around, play, and relax. The floors are vinyl for easy cleanup, and the area is vacuumed and mopped daily. Our home is located on a "main road" of the community. There will be vehicles coming by throughout the day. The house is generally quiet inside, but you can still hear louder street noises. If your dog is severely triggered by cars, or typical noises that come from the street, we feel that they will not do well in our home. Aside from that, we have a decent-sized, enclosed backyard where the dogs can run, play, and go potty safely. 🤍 Your pup's care While your pup is with us, our goal is to make sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and right at home. From timely meals to daily one-on-one walks and exercise, we make sure they stay clean, happy, and loved. We also offer basic grooming: baths, drying, and daily brushing. However, nail clipping is not included. We also have bowls available for food and water, as well as toys for their stay. Dog owners must provide their own crate. 🐶 We love small pups! Our speciality is with small dog breeds and dogs under 25 lbs. As we have two small dogs of our own, we're very comfortable and familiar with taking care of smaller dog breeds. For our own dogs comfort as well, they prefer to be around 25 lbs or smaller. For these reasons, we'll only take dogs that are 25lbs and smaller.
