I've had trained service dogs for 10 years, daily walks and exercise of at least 1 mile plus occasional swim. Dog parks three to four time per week. Dog, jack russell mix accompanies me everywhere.

I'm a volunteer emt and fireman. With the service dog I'm always sensitive, as well as my service animal, to danger. At 6'2" and fit I easily handle occasional dog disagreement without any undue stress to the animals.

I'm semi-retired with plenty of time for my dog and let's of others. Battlefield trauma qualified me for service dog and training by the army.
