Jefferson and Allyson are absolutely wonderful! You can truly tell how much they love and care for every dog they watch. Theo always comes home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for, which gives us so much peace of mind whenever we're away. They are incredibly communicative and responsive, sending regular updates and plenty of photos so we always know how Theo is doing. It's obvious they treat him like part of their own family. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jefferson and Allyson to anyone looking for a loving, trustworthy home away from home for their pets. We couldn't ask for better sitters!
I do not recommend people leave their dogs here if they care about their dogs. I wish this would have been a good environment for my dog, but it was not. My dog was not offered water that I could see and responses were delayed about my dog’s medication. Jefferson was not there when I dropped my dog off, his wife was and she should likely be the Rover sitter. I had no confidence my dog would receive the correct medication when needed and that she was in a good place. When I picked her up she had behavioral issues at home she didn’t have prior to leaving her. Jefferson did not provide any feedback on my dog’s behavior or well being when I picked her up as well.
Jefferson and his wife took such great care of our dog when we were out of town! We got daily updates and photos and could tell our dog was having a great time. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a loving sitter!!
My pup Harry is a Jefferson regular! Harry has a lot of … quarks about him lol but Jefferson is very understanding and accommodating of them. Always a pleasure!

We had such a great experience with Jefferson! He was incredibly responsive, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. Bean was clearly well cared for and happy when we returned. Jefferson sent regular updates and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the animals he looks after. We’d absolutely trust him to watch Bean again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate dog sitter!

Schedule
I work remotely Monday through Friday for an Insurance agency. This gives me the flexibility to make pet sitting a priority and allows me to be available.

I currently do not have any animals living at home so I am able to give full attention to those that I provide pet sitting services.
A typical day
We have a great neighbor hood for walks! Its very safe away from any heavy traffic, and there are many trails through the woods within walking distance. There is also a lake jus a few hundred yards away from our place as well, with large fields and areas for dogs to run and play! I visit these areas multiple times a day when I take the dogs I'm caring for.
