We met Jeff in 2019 shortly after adopting our overexcitable puppy and becoming immediately aware that we were in desperate need of help! From the first point of contact it was obvious that Jeff possesses a rare and wholly intuitive ability to work with dogs, or all animals for that matter. He has an inordinate amount of patience which he naturally applies to his innate approaches in meeting the dogs and their owners where they are at. Our training included several days of boarding, and given the quickly developed trust, rapport and immediate positive results we felt we arranged for Jeff to board our dog longer term during our out of country family vacation. Experiencing firsthand Jeff's high-level priorities set on every aspect of our dog's well-being, we had zero reservations about leaving her in his care. In addition, given Jeff's strong communication skills we also received several updates and photos which we thoroughly appreciated and enjoyed. Needless to say, we came home to a happy, healthy and even better trained dog than we had left! It is my strong opinion and lived experience that leads me to say that you'd be hard-pressed to find another pet care provider as adept, caring and professional as Jeff.
